Cottage is a Dwelling that only houses Bourgeoise Pips. Right-clicking on the building gives the option to promote a Commoner Pip to the Bourgeoise Class by consuming 1 Fabric and taking 1 day. Two Bourgeoise Pips can also make a baby Bourgeoise through the building options, similar to Commoner housing.
